Hi, I’m Shriram
I am a husband to my wonderful wife, a father to our precious little boy, and like many dads, I never imagined how much life could change after holding my son for the first time. Before he was born, I thought I was prepared. I had watched videos, read articles, compared baby products, and spent countless hours trying to learn everything I could about becoming a parent. I believed that if I researched enough, I’d be ready for whatever came next.
Then my son arrived!
In that moment, I realized that no amount of preparation could truly teach me what it meant to be a father. Since then, every day has been a new lesson.
Some days are filled with laughter, tiny milestones, and moments that make me stop and think, I wish I could freeze time. Other days bring sleepless nights, endless diaper changes, unexpected fevers, and questions that send me searching for answers at two in the morning. And honestly, I wouldn’t trade any of it.
Fatherhood has taught me patience in ways I never expected. It’s taught me to celebrate the smallest victories, to slow down, and to appreciate moments that might otherwise go unnoticed.
This blog began as an idea during those quiet moments.I wanted a place to write about this journey—not because I have all the answers, but because I know there are countless parents asking the same questions I once did. I also wanted to create something my son could one day look back on. A place where he’ll be able to read about the adventures we shared, the lessons he unknowingly taught me, and just how much he changed my life from the day he was born.
This isn’t a blog about perfect parenting. It’s about real parenting. The kind that’s messy, emotional, exciting, exhausting, and unbelievably rewarding—all at the same time. Here, I’ll share stories from our everyday life, lessons we’ve learned along the way, practical parenting tips, and honest thoughts on the baby products we’ve actually used. If something made our lives easier, I’ll tell you why. If something didn’t live up to the hype, I’ll be honest about that too.
